What does clean and cold water mean?

According to Regulation 547/2012 / EC, clean water means water with a maximum content of non-absorbent solid materials equal to 0.25 kg/m3 and with a maximum content of dissolved solid materials equal to 50 kg/m3, considering that the total gas content of the water does not exceed the saturation volume. Con­­ventionally cold water means clean water at a temperature of 20 ° C.
