Is it possible to install electric borehole pumps horizontally or obliquely?

Submersible motors were primarily designed to run vertically. In case of horizontal or oblique installation, the motor must be rigidly aligned with the pump and securely mounted to avoid any load on the shaft and bearing and avoid any vibration that could damage the motor.
